Prestige and Executive Limousine Coach has been providing safe limousine ground transportation for 38 years strong. Prestige wants your special event to be about YOU! We are honored each and every time to be your choice for what ever you are celebrating in your life.

Do’s

  1. Best advice is to pick a limousine company you fell comfortable with that fits what you are looking for whether it’s a regular limousine or a limousine party bus.
  2. Really think of who you want on board your limousine or party bus that makes you happy, because it’s your day.
  3. Pick a limousine company that has stood the test of time and has done many weddings.
  4. Ask questions like “Does the cost cover tax/travel time/ chauffeur gratuity.
  5. Ask the limousine company what their rules are and what you can bring on board so you and your party knows what to expect. Your chauffeur is there to keep you safe.

Don’ts

  1. Don’t wait until the last few months to reserve your limousine or party bus. Because chances are highly likely there will be none available.
  2. For the most important day of your life choose a limousine service that has the experience and has stood the test of time.

Body Essentials Logo

Body Essentials Clothing, Bridal & Bath

Established 2000.

We are a mother/daughter owned business.

What we really enjoy doing, is helping our brides vision their wedding day, for the look they want. Once we have helped our bride find her perfect gown, we then help in coordinating the bridesmaid dresses, moms dresses, right thru to the details and colors of the tuxedos, for the groom, groomsmen & dads.

We love what we do, and it shows.

Bridal Do’s

  1. When shopping for your gown take a small group of 2 or 3 people. When you Say yes! bring everyone you want to be a part of your special day back and have a reveal appointment to show everyone.
  2. Pre pick bride maids dresses. Make an appointment with your girls and let them choose out of your pre-selected dresses. Then you get the look you want and so do they.
  3. Try on one of each shape/style in wedding gowns, then narrow it down to what you like the best and just try on your favorite shape/style. That way you are only trying on what you like and want. It will make the experience very enjoyable and STRESS FREE.
  4. When making decisions think about how it will look in your pictures. Remember that pictures are forever, you will see them every day. You don’t want to look back and wish it was different.
  5. Brides, give the moms a color or palette to stay in when searching for their dress. They like that!

Bridal Don’ts

  1. Don’t let anyone influence you to sway away from what you want. Remember, it’s your day not theirs! Just don’t be a super bride about it.
  2. Don’t take the budget (skimp) away from your wedding gown for something else. No one remembers table clothes and center pieces. Everyone will remember your wedding gown.
  3. Don’t forget it’s about the journey and should be a fun and wonderful experience to the first day of the rest of your life.

Things to look for while shopping for a bakery for your wedding desserts:

  • The Style of Wedding
    • Classic black tie: A traditional tiered wedding cake.
    • Rustic outdoors style wedding: Self-serve desserts like cupcakes.
    • Casual wedding:  A variety dessert bar.
  • Finding the right Bakery
    • Ask around in your network of recommendation
    • Ask your vendor who they recommend
  • The Quality of the Desserts you want.
    • Guests will always remember your desserts if they are made from scratch and are fresh.
    • Most bakeries offer cake/dessert tasting.  Find two or three bakeries you may be interested in and set up a time to taste a few different flavors.
  • Type of Bakery
    • During the cake/ dessert tasting, make sure you and the baker are connecting. You want to work with someone who you get along with, who is going to be nice, and work with you on your design.
    • Remember it is your wedding day! The desserts will make your wedding day that much more special.

Things to avoid:

  • Look at the time of the year
    • if it’s a hot outside June wedding, have a back up location inside for your desserts so they don’t melt.
  • Don’t choose flavors of the desserts based on what everyone else wants. This your day, choose something that the both of you are going to enjoy!
  • Darker colors in your frosting because it will change your guest lips and tongues, and may stain your dress
  • Don’t have an unlicensed friend or family member make your desserts. You don’t want them be liable of someone getting sick or your desserts not turning out how you would want them to be.
  • If your bakery offers delivery, take it. You don’t want to pick it up and have something happen to it on your big day. Let the professionals do it to have one less thing off your plate.

DJ – Sound Dimensions Disc Jockeys

Where Do You Get Your Music From?

Music should be from a service that supplies DJs, Radio, etc… Using iTunes, Spotify, or any streaming service, is illegal.  Music services provide “clean” songs, are quality sounding & are approved by record labels and the artists.

Do You Sub-Contract Your Services?

Many DJs sub-contract when they overbook. Some intentionally contract your event out to a different DJ that will work under their name for that night, but is not employed by that company.  You hire “X”, but you get “Y”.

Do You Charge Travel Fees or Other?

Some may charge a flat travel fee, others may charge by the mile. It is possible that some might build it into their price. Some may require a hotel room, and meals, if the distance is further than normal. Are charges added for difficult “load ins and load outs”?

Credit Cards & Sales Tax?

Is there a fee to pay by Credit Card? Or, is it built into your price?  There should be NO sales tax charged. In Wisconsin there is NO sales tax on a service. Sales tax only applies to rentals, leases and items that are consumed by a customer.

How Many DJs Do You Have?

Is it just yourself, that DJs (single-op) or are there multiple DJs on staff (multi-op)? If a single-op, what happens if you get sick or can’t make the show? If a multi-op, how do I know who I well get as the DJ? Do you charge more for certain DJs in your company? If so, why?
